Shuyin Yang is no newcomer to the international art fair circuit. With a career shaped at the highest levels of the global art market, she previously led ART CENTRAL Hong Kong, establishing it as a key destination for contemporary art in Asia. Her professional trajectory began at Christie’s Hong Kong, followed by a role as Gallery Director in Singapore, where she developed curatorial and exhibition programmes with an international outlook.

Today, Yang brings this depth of experience to ART SG, Singapore’s international art fair. Launched in 2023, ART SG quickly positioned itself as a significant platform within the regional and global art ecosystem. Its second edition, held in January 2024, reaffirmed the fair’s growing influence and ambition.

Taking place on 19–20 January 2024, ART SG 2024 brought together 116 leading galleries from around the world, presenting a cross-section of established and emerging voices in contemporary art. International blue-chip galleries such as Gagosian, White Cube, Lehmann Maupin, and Kukje Gallery were shown alongside prominent Indonesian galleries including Nadi Gallery, Srisasanti & Kohesi Initiatives, and Gajah Gallery.
