Kaum Jakarta proudly announces a special culinary collaboration with Kayu Manis, the signature Indonesian restaurant of Hotel Tentrem Jakarta, for an exclusive Minggu Lunch experience on Sunday, 30 November 2025. This one-day collaboration brings a refreshed weekend dining experience to Kaum, highlighting shared interpretations of Indonesian flavours through a co-created menu.

For one afternoon only, Chef Benvi of Kayu Manis, Hotel Tentrem Jakarta, and Chef Rachmad Hidayat, Head Chef of Kaum Jakarta bring a shared table of regional Indonesian flavours — from Maluku, to Aceh, to Bali – interpreted in each chef’s signature style.

Guests can enjoy a limited a’la carte menu, created exclusively for this edition of Minggu Lunch, accompanied by a live keroncong performance by Balle Keroncong to complete the weekend atmosphere.This pop-up aims to reintroduce Sunday lunch at Kaum as a warm, flavourful, and culturally rooted way to gather before the week begins.
