For Spring/Summer 2026, Montblanc presents a refined evolution of its leather collections, where the Maison’s enduring relationship with writing is translated into contemporary expressions of style. Inspired by the cinematic world of Montblanc, the season unfolds through warm, earthy hues and thoughtful designs that merge creativity, travel, and craftsmanship.

Guided by Artistic Director Marco Tomasetta, the collection introduces refreshed silhouettes in a palette drawn from nature. Shades of khaki, velvet green, and fauve are enlivened with accents of tangerine and saffron, reflecting Montblanc’s distinctive visual language, one rooted in heritage, storytelling, and meticulous design.

This season, Montblanc deepens the dialogue between fine leather and the written word. Writing becomes a daily companion through intelligent, elegant forms from pen holders to document clutches designed to seamlessly integrate into modern life. Each piece embodies the Maison’s dual heritage of writing and travel, transforming creative tools into refined style essentials.

New Shapes for the Season

The first leather drop of the year introduces new shapes that elevate writing into wearable accessories. Two notebook-inspired leather holders are designed to house a Montblanc medium notebook on the inside and a writing instrument on the exterior. The Medium Notes Holder, defined by its envelope silhouette in grain leather, doubles as a clutch with a spacious interior pocket. The Medium Notebook Holder mirrors the same exterior design while functioning as a wrap-around cover, complete with additional inner pockets for organisation.

The Pen Loop Necklace, crafted in Sartorial leather and available in tangerine, khaki, and saffron, can be worn around the neck or attached to belts and bags keeping writing instruments effortlessly within reach.

A new belt-inspired construction also debuts this season, featuring a strap with a horseshoe buckle that wraps around the bag’s body to form a shoulder strap. This design defines the Belt Crossbody Messenger with flap closure and the more compact Belt Vertical Crossbody with zip closure, both offered in black and khaki Sartorial leather.

Signature Styles, Reimagined

Montblanc’s signature leather designs return in refreshed colours and materials. The Writing Traveler, first introduced in Fall/Winter 2025, reappears in fauve and velvet green, both finished with a sfumato effect. Inspired by a portable “cabinet of curiosities,” the bag combines the creative spirit of the desk with fine leather craftsmanship, offering dedicated space for writing instruments, notebooks, small leather goods, and a watch compartment in the briefcase version.

The Weekender is reintroduced in Montblanc’s archive-inspired Jacquard 4810 fabric with fauve leather accents, alongside a version in velvet green sfumato corteccia leather. This soft gradient finish also featured on the #MY4810 Cabin Trolley recalls the gentle saturation of ink on paper.

Montblanc’s iconic Extreme leather, known for its Bauhaus-inspired geometric motif and durability, is reinterpreted in an earthy khaki tone for pieces such as the Thin Briefcase and the On-Body Bag.

The Art of the Desk

Continuing its exploration of the Art of the Desk, Montblanc expands its range of desk accessories, transforming the workspace into an expression of personal style. Crafted in fauve-hued corteccia leather, the collection includes trays, writing instrument holders, and boxes bringing the Maison’s leather expertise into the world of writing and modern interiors.
