In collaboration with the 21st Century International Korean Art Association, Yun Artified Community Art Center presents an Indonesian–Korean art exhibition showcasing masterworks by artists from both countries. The exhibition runs from 9–22 July 2023 at Yun Artified Community Art Center, Katamaran Permai 3 No. 35, Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

.
The exhibition opening on 8 July 2023 was officiated by Mr. Jaka Jang, President of the 21st Century International Korean Art Association, and Yince Djuwija, Founder and Owner of Yun Artified Community Art Center. Also in attendance were Mr. Santo from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Director of East Asia) and Mr. Kim Yong Woon, Director of KCCI / Korean Cultural Center Indonesia.

According to Yince Djuwija, this exhibition is particularly significant as it features a strong representation of senior Indonesian artists. The program forms part of Yun Artified’s ongoing international exchange initiatives—one of its core visions—to continuously introduce and promote Indonesian artists within the global art scene. For this edition, Korea was selected as the collaborative partner, with the exhibition presenting modern art works by participating artists from both nations.
The Indonesian artists featured include Sunaryo, Mangu Putra, Jemana Murti, Chusin Setiadikara, Ivan Sagita, Nasirun, Edi Sunaryo, Putu Sutawijaya, Erizal AS, and Indyra. Participating Korean artists are Jakajang (President, 21st Century International Korean Art Association), Lee Sang-Yong (Advisor, Korean Art Association), Kim Jong-Soo (Representative, Korea Painting Festival), Lee Byeong-Guk (Executive Vice President, Korean Art Association), Kim Soon-Ok (Director, Korea Institute of the Arts), and Kim Jong-Iy (Director, Korea Painting Festival).
As the exhibition writer, Dr. Suwarno Wisetrotomo noted that this joint exhibition serves as an open platform for dialogue—allowing ideas, artistic sensibilities, inner reflection, and creative processes to mature within a framework of collaboration and cultural exchange.
Beyond the exhibition, the Indonesian–Korean collaboration will also be extended through a live painting session at the Mangrove area in PIK, Jakarta. This activity offers participating artists a unique opportunity to exchange creative insights and explore the cultural contexts that shape their respective artistic practices.
